Registration

*ONE Registration Fee" Includes the following for the Registered one author:

• Welcome reception
• Printed Name Card
• Conference Folder
• Participation in the technical program
• Printed Participation Certificate 
• Printed Proceedings and CD of Proceedings
• Printed Program Booklet
• Coffee breaks on the presentation day
• Lunch on the presentation day
• Banquet

The coauthor can also register after paying the Listener's fee. Once your paper is accepted then you can register by completing the following steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration.

In case of First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in case of additional papers 50% of the total fee per additional paper will be charged (only if the same author is being registered for all those multiple papers).

Please see the FEE in the main page of the conference. The regular fee will be charged upto 5 pages and after that additional USD 35 per additional page with be charged.

ONLINE PAYMENT: Please contact Conference Secretary through email info@iaast.org for link of ONLINE payment using Credit Card/debit Card/Travel Card.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All authors have to sign (for the individual paper) OR the correcponding author can sign on bahalf of all authors on Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, and email that in  PDF/JPG/PNG format. The copyright fom is available at: https://iaast.org/ckfinder/userfiles/files/IAAST_CopyrightForm.doc

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must adhere to IAAST double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. So that, the necessary fine tuning can be done. If the author is NOT able to format then IAAST Provides the formatting facilty with USD 30 dollars to be paid by the author alongwith the FEE. It is to note that the author must mention the affliation, Country, and email id of all the authors. The correcposnding author MUST mention his/her mobile/phone number in the initial submitted paper.

Step 4 - Registration through Email 
ONLY Email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx format); signed copyright form; and final camera Ready paper  (.doc/.docx format) that you like to publish at email id:     

One registartion is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attand the conference  and can get  all as mentioned in "ONE Registration Fee" at the top. If coauthor also like to register then each coauthor has to pay the Listener's fee as mentione don the main conference page inorder to get registered and get all things as covered in "ONE Registration Fee" as discussed above.  

If author has more than one paper in the same conference then the author has to pay ONLY 50% of the total fee in order to publish the additional paper.

Please pay the fee according to the date. The fee once paid will not be refunded
